I love the recipe but is there a cheat recipe with use of the jar of whipped marshmallows?
We have sweet potatoes as a holiday sidedish. Will have try this receipe.
This looks delicious. I would love to give it a try.
I wondered about the marshmallow whip also as the Kosher marshmallows don’t always melt well. I bought both the whip and the regular marshmallows. Don’t know which to use. I also add 1/2 can of pumpkin pie filling to my mashed sweet potatoes. Love the spices and then fill mini pie shells with the left over pie filling. The little kids love having their own pies.
love the idea of pumpkin
Just made this and I used kosher marshmallows. It looks perfect and smells delicious. Hope it is good tomorrow!
I have good luck with the kosher marshmallows – Paskesz is a great brand http://www.paskesz.com/marshmallow.html
