Salt & Pepper Kugel with Roasted Garlic

I love roasted garlic – this recipe will be a hit I just know it. I might add some sauteed leeks as well for a little color and substance.
This will be a sure fire hit, I make this kugel in a large pyrex all the time, but never thought to add the garlic or cayenne pepper. We already love potato kugel cups, this will be our new “kugel muffin” for the holidays (of course we will also have potato kugel muffins and squash kugel muffins.)
Kids love finger food! Even the “big” kids!
Looks so delicious. Too bad it doesn’t say how many it serves. I need this TODAY to plan for our Seder on Friday. Anybody?
ahh so sorry Karen! will fix now — a 9 x 13 will give you 9 – hearty! pieces or 12 nice servings.
