  • Cook Time : 30 min
  • Ready Time : 35 min

Servings

15 small balls

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Cold water or Cold Seltzer
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup matzah meal

Directions

Mix ingredients in order listed until well blended.
Cover bowl, and refrigerate for an hour.
Moisten hands and form the mixture into balls. I make them small, but size is up to you.
Add balls to a pot of salted boiling water, and then simmer, covered, for 30 minutes to an hour.
