• 1 etrog
• 1/2 bottle of vodka
• honey to taste

Preparation

1 Slice etrog in half and squeeze out the juice. Add the juice and the etrog to the vodka. Mix in the honey to taste and let it sit for a few months.
2 Enjoy.

Special instructions

The etrog only produces about 1 to 2 tbsp. of juice, so it is not enough to make many drinks with, but it gives wonderful flavor to vodka.
