1 Combine Sesame-Soy Mayonnaise ingredients in small bowl; refrigerate until ready to use. 2 Combine Slaw Topping ingredients in small bowl, set aside.
3 Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg white, salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper in large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Lightly shape into four 1/2-inch thick patties. 4 Place patties on grid over medium ash-covered coals. Grill, covered, 11 to 13 minutes (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, covered, 7 to 8 minutes), until instant-read thermometer inserted horizontally into center registers 160°F, turning occasionally. Is it 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup of whole wheat bread crumbs? You have it listed twice as 1/4 cup each time.
