• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1 C Flour
• 2 Eggs
• 2 T water
• 1/6 C oil
• favorite filling

Preparation

1 Preheat oven to 375
2 Mix the cake mix and the flour. Add eggs, water and oil and mix. it will form a stiff dough.
3 Lightly flour your work surface and roll the dough out to 1/8 " thickness.
4 Cut the dough into 3" rounds. A glass dipped in flour will work well if you don”t have a cookie cutter.
5 Place a tsp of filling in the center of ech circle and pinch the sides together to form the three corners.
6 Bake on a cookie sheet for about 8 minutes.
