Avocado Pineapple Milkshake

You'll never find a more creamy, satisfying health shake—practically a pina colada without all the calories.

Ingredients

  • 1 fully ripened avocado from Mexico, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can pineapple (8-ounces)
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  1. In blender container, combine avocado, milk, pineapple, sugar and salt; whirl until smooth. Add ice; whirl until ice is crushed.
