  • Before Shavuot I was looking for this type of recipe. And I did find one. Basically it is very similar except that the veggies you put on top I quickly stir-fried in a minimum amount of oil. (They were more like grilled veggies.) Also if you use grated parmigian cheese or pecorino in the 'crust', the flavor is quite good without all the other mozzarella cheese. Leave that for the topping.
