Hi Mattie - Joy is the brand I use for my colored (and plain) cake cones. http://www.joycone.com/ You will most likely find the fun colored cones in the mainstream supermarket chains not the kosher ones -- I don't find that the kosher supermarkets carry the colorful selection.
