  • Made this -- phenomenal! Ingrdients make about a dozen or so fritters. (My m-i-l took some home!) Curry was slightly underdone -- presumably depends on the strength of the curry powder you were adding. Lox is salty enough -- I thought the added salt might have been a little much, although other diners didn't think so. Mango aoili excellent. Also only added half a jalapeño. Went very well with this smitten kitchen recipe as a side:
