My mother kept kosher during my growing up years and I always loved Jewish foods.  On the holidays she would make kreplach and matzoh ball soup and all the goodies.  I learned a lot of how she cooked and to this day, still cook the way she did.  I have been working in a local synagogue now (as an employee) for over 12 years in the office and love it.  We moved to Florida over 15 years ago and love it here on the West Coast of Florida.  Am always looking for new and exciting kosher recipes for me and for the synagogue in which I am involved as well as employed.
