About Fruma
I am passionate about cooking and love to entertain. People who ask me for recipes are out of luck (sorry!) because I create my own and the way to enjoy it again is to come again. I've become pretty good at adapting traditional recipes for Kosher use and also adapting other dietary preferences. For example, my new husband eats only spelt flour, no white potatoes, and no large or frequent amounts of tomatoes and a few other veg. Trying to commit to make my recipes documented, scientific and test-worthy. My daughter and I hope to publish a unique cookbook off in the not too distant horizon. I've learned alot in 30+ years of cooking and do try to share techniques and shopping tips.
