When her youngest daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease, Eve didn't want her to be left out of any holiday traditions. Eve now creates gluten-free versions of traditional Jewish foods and other favorite foods for her blog, www.glutenfreenosh.com, to share with others on a gluten-free diet. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two daughters.
