I live in Southern NJ, and love fresh, well prepared food.
I am celiac, so I have to modify recipes to fit a gluten free diet,(no wheat, barley, rye or oats) and I truly miss being able to enjoy a good piece of challah, rye bread, pumpernickel, or"real" bagels!
I'm so excited! When I went to check the recipes, I see that there is a collection of gluten free ones. Thank you so much!
