Jamie Geller

Jamie Geller is the only cookbook author who wants to get you out of the kitchen – not because she doesn’t love food – but because she has tons to do. As “The Bride Who Knew Nothing” Jamie found her niche as everybody’s favorite cook next-door. Specializing in scrumptious meals that are a snap to prepare, she authored the Quick & Kosher Cookbook series and is co- founder of the Kosher Media Network, which recently launched the Joy of Kosher with Jamie Geller magazine and companion website JoyofKosher.com, a social network for foodies. Jamie hosts the popular Quick & Kosher cooking show online at youtube.com/joyofkosher and on-air on JLTV. Jamie and her “hubby” live in Israel. Their five children give her plenty of reasons to get out of the kitchen — fast.

Tamar Genger

Tamar is the Director of Digital Media for KMN and Executive Editor for JoyofKosher.com.  Tamar lives in New York and is the mother of three amazing children, a Registered Dietitian, professor of Nutrition, and as you can probably guess, a foodie! Tamar loves to travel with her family and visits kosher restaurants wherever she goes. Although she loves the sights, she spends more time talking about the restaurants and food she ate! As a mom and a nutritionist, Tamar tries to balance her passion for healthy cooking with her insatiable desire for chocolate!

Shifra Klein

Shifra Klein is the Editor-in-Chief of Joy of Kosher with Jamie Geller magazine. Shifra has been delighting kosher cooks worldwide with modern takes on old favorites, introducing new cooking techniques and ideas, and showcasing tasty recipes ranging from simple to gourmet. Shifra lives with her husband Shlomo and their 2 boys in Brooklyn, NY.

Melinda Strauss

Melinda is the Director of Special Events for the Kosher Media Network. A self-taught cook, food blogger, wife and mother of two young children, Melinda loves to be adventurous and daring in the kitchen. On her food blog, Kitchen-Tested.com, you will find step-by-step directions and photos to help bring exciting and unique recipes in to your own kitchen. Melinda hopes to inspire her readers by adding fresh twists to simple recipes and bravely using unusual ingredients in an accessible way. Melinda grew up in Seattle, Washington, where she loved to help her parents cook and bake in the kitchen (she was a very good taste-tester), and currently lives in Woodmere, NY with her husband and two children.
