Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia seeds are not just for growing pets.  They are actually one the healthiest foods you can add to your diet right now!!!

Chia seeds are high in fiber, protein, Omega-3 fatty acids and other vitamins and minerals you need.  They are also one of the easiest foods to enJOY.  

The little seeds remind me of poppy seeds, so you can easily just throw some on your salad, in your smoothie or yogurt or oatmeal bowl every day. But you can also combine the chia seeds with liquid and watch them transform.  The seeds becomes somewhat gelatinous and that's why there are lovers and haters, but I urge you to give chia a try.  Watch our video to see how Jamie and I like to get our chia.
