Legumes are an amazing source of protein, there are so many different types out there to eat. The questions is, what really is a legume? We have gathered together recipes for chick peas, lentils, beans and peanuts, with a particular special focus on vegetarian dishes, but there are so many other legumes out there to try. So many vegetarians out there struggle to find good protein sources, and legume are a great source.  Try out one, two, three or even all of the recipes. They are all worth it. Peanuts:
