Everyone makes mistakes, but at least we know how to fix them.

Page 16 – The Ricotta Spelt Cake is missing the ricotta ingredient – it uses 1 cup of Ricotta.

Page 46 – Train Cake directions -

Step 3 – To make the engine, trim the two sides of the second loaf cake, lengthwise, to make it narrow like the train cars. Set aside the two pieces you trimmed off for snacking or another use.

Designate one end of the cake as the front and cut at an angle, a small triangle off each side of the cake to form the front end or “nose” of the engine….
