   A lot of people seem to be checking out this post but no one is sharing any of their own menus – I would love to see what you have planned.

   Here is my menu for this year. I like to plan around a cuisine and my family tradition has been to make a roast turkey, we only don’t roast lamb, but I know others don’t roast any meat.

   First night – 10 people
   Saffron Matzo Balls in Chicken Soup with Sofrito
   Smoked Paprika Roasted Turkey
   Sausage and Sage Farfel Stufing
   Asparagus with Gremolata

   Roast Potatoes with Romesco http://www.joyofkosher.com/recipes/romesco-sauce/
   Desserts will be brought by someone else, but we are thinking of Chocolate Horns, Vacherin and Macaroons.

   2nd Night – 20 people, half are kids and so I am doing my old standby, Chinese similar to the menu above.
