I’m probably in the minority of people when I say I really dislike roasted turkey and pumpkin pie! Thanksgiving has always been a little untraditional in our home. This year we are having the turkey as tikka masala, and the pumpkin is going inside our naan rather than a pie. Even our sweet potatoes are getting a makeover dressed as samosas. It’s not completely untraditional, though…we’re finishing with an apple pie.
