I made the pumpkin ravioli this week, much to my family’s surprise – they loved it! Huge success with no leftovers. I used some of the leftover nuts and dried cherries in the salad that accompanied the ravioli and we had a terrific mid-week meal. Pumpkin happens to be one of my most favorite flavors!Thanks!
