Celebrate Cinco de Mayo, May 5, traditionally thought of as Mexican Independence Day, which it is not.  Just a day to celebrate Mexican heritage and pride.  Who cares? Any time to get together with friends and family, is a great time to don your sombreros, put a colorful tablecloth on, and pass around a pitcher of Margaritas. Let’s have a Fiesta!
