This week begins the month of May. The weather will really begin to warm up and we can start taking out the Summer clothes. This is the best time of year to enjoy eating outside, whether you fire up the grill or bring your food out to a picnic, let's plan to eat out this week.
Tuesday invite over some friends for a laid back BBQ. We know it's a school night, but it's May! Make this Zaatar Grilled Chicken with Grilled Summer Flatbread (or just grill some store bought) and simply Grilled Asparagus and maybe throw some pineapple on for dessert.
On Wedensday let's get sandwiched with Jamie's Roast Beef Sandwiches with White Bean Salad. Perfectly, quick dinner.
On Thursday let's go Japanese with Miso Soup and Homemade Sushi. Serve some sweet mango for dessert.
