Insanely busy week here over on JoK. Not only are we bring you awesome content and recipes so that your Passover is the best ever, we are also trying to make Pesach in our houses AND Jamie is up to her eyeballs in recipe testing for her new book.

Some JoK highlights from the week:

What is Pesach without Matzah Balls? Here is a yummy recipe for Carrot Dill Matzah Balls.

The Jewish Hostess brought us some fantastic ideas to dress up our seder tables.

Jamie brings us part two in her Making of a Cookbook Series.

On March 20th we welcomed Spring with open arms and shared some Spring recipes.

We continued our Passover Prep series.

How cool is this? A Chinese themed Seder?!!

How many recipes have you come across that call for coconut milk? How hard is it to find kosher? Worry no more with our primer – DIY Coconut Milk.


I have told you before about my passion for brownies. Kosher in the Kitch brings us a Passover Cheesecake Brownie recipe. Adding to my repertoire this year for sure.

Passover Torrone (Italian Nougat) Bars – these look delightful and the step by step instructions are ever so helpful. Make some this Passover.

Sarah Melamed brings us a flowery Yogurt with Chrysanthemum and other Greens – something different to try.

I love a good biscuit or cookie with my morning coffee. These hazelnut amaretti do the trick nicely!

In my house, if I add hearts of palm to any salad, it’s a guarantee that the kids will eat it. This Hearts of Palm salad will go over really well with them.
