P.S. I Love You Salad

This week I am in the mood for chocolate.  We have articles galore, I got tons of samples and I want to find ways to use them.  Indulge with me and let's have a week of chocolate in a healthy way.

On Monday let's start off with this P.S I Love You Salad topped with chocolate curls then enjoy this Quinoa Tofu Vegetable Pilaf.

Tuesday we can move on to this amazing Short Ribs that get their richness from chocolate.  Serve with Mashed Potatoes.

Wednesday it is time for a Mole Poblano with Chicken, this is a dish I have wanted to make for a long while and I can't wait to try it.

On Thursday we want to go light and easy with this Turkish Red Lentil Soup which is so much more delicious than it sounds.  And for our chocolate we can go with a dessert that can last through the weekend.  Maybe this Babka Chocolate Bundt Cake.
