This weeks menu is inspired by all the comfort food we talked about this past month.   Let's get comfortable together.

Monday as always we try and go meatless.  This week for extra comfort with lots of veggies,  I suggest Whole Wheat Spinach Lasagna.

Tuesday is time for the classic comfort food, Meatloaf, serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Wednesday means you have almost made it through the week, to help you get there settle in for a Smoked Chicken Pot Pie.

Thursday means the cooking is about to really begin for the weekend, so let's take it easy with a slow cooker recipe you can put up in the morning, but that is not at all like cholent.  Slow Cooker Curried Chickpea Stew.
