Vote For Your Favorite Healthy Post Chanukah Recipe

We brought you eight low-calorie recipes – now it’s time to vote!

Chanukah is full of deep fried foods – we indulged, we enjoyed, and now we have to eat a little lighter. But we don’t want to compromise on taste at all. We challenged some of our favorite cooks to come up with two low-calorie dishes – no more than 500 calories TOTAL in both submitted recipes. Vote in the comments down below for your favorite recipe – just tell us which individual recipe has your vote and why. This feature is on page 64 of the Nov/Dec 2011 edition of our magazine.

Ronnie Fein

Sarah Lasry

Sarah is the author of “the Dairy Gourmet” and “At Home Gourmet” and she blogs at KosherStreet.com. The recipes that Sarah submitted are: Roasted Tomato Bisque AND Guacamole Quesadillas. (Recipes page 70 of the magazine).

    Sauteed Quinoa with Scallions and Mint sounds really yummy and healthy. Mint leaves such a good flavor in your mouth!
