Page 24 – Tiramisu, indulgent, the pound cake directions should say baking powder as per ingredient list, not baking soda.
Page 62 – The article No Ice Cream Machine? No Worries should be attributed to Felisa Billet and Shoshana Ohriner.
Page 64 – Mean, Green Pistachio Ice Cream – the ingredients should call for 1 cup of nuts to make the paste and 1/2 cup chopped nuts to add at the end.
Page 65 – Cookie Dough Cheesecake with Milk Chocolate Ganache the corn syrup is heated with the heavy cream.
