Health Benefits of Yogurt – Win Chobani Greek Yogurt!
Yogurt is one of my family’s favorite “go to” foods. I blend it with frozen fruit for a quick breakfast smoothie, pack it with a granola bar and fresh fruit for lunch and I use it in the summer as a base for a popsicle or to make tart frozen yogurt. Rich in calcium, protein and other healthful nutrients, yogurt really packs a punch.
Yogurt can also be a fantastic source of probiotics, look for live and active cultures written on the label. Probiotics are “good” bacteria that your body actually needs. Based on the strain, probiotics have been shown to increase immunity and improve digestion. Greek yogurt is typically strained of excess liquid, creating a thicker texture that is very popular right now.
I try and stick to plain yogurt instead of the flavored ones which contain excess sugar. If I am in the mood for a little sweetness, I just add a drop of honey or fresh fruit.

My favorite flavor is strawberry, and variations of it. One day I will finally learn how to make a strawberry smoothie adding some yogurt to it, but for now, I only “get it right” when I use Yoplait!

I love Chobani Greek Yogurt. I always keep it on hand for Tzatziki and marinating my chicken thighs for Schwarma. My favorite flavor is plain. I have used the vanilla also but the plain is more useful. If we want it sweet, I mix it with honey and strawberries. Adding granola is a great way to add texture and interest.

I love Pineapple Greek Yogert they make because not only does it help my bones that ache, it is good for you. I have introduced this flavor to all three of my great grands ages 6, 3 and 3 1/2. They are loving it.

Just call me Plain Jane. I like Chobani’s plain flavor because it allows me so many mixing options. Some days it’s blueberries, other days it’s granola and when I want an extra special treat, it’s chocolate chips! You can’t go wrong with the plain!
Oh yum, greek yogurt! It feels like I use it just about everything these days. Generally, my favorite is vanilla, but I love all the twists that they are coming up with – honey, blueberry and more!

My favorites are vanilla (so versatile!) and their new mango (awesome indulgence!).
But the best part about Chobani for me is that my 7 year old, who eats next to nothing and refuses to know from healthy foods, will eat their kids’ flavor honeynana – it’s his school lunch nearly every day – and for that I am extremely grateful.
While every flavor of Chobani is delicious, MANGO simply rises to the top of my list! It made me switch allegiance from the other brand I used to eat!
I have been an BIG Chobani fan for the last year.I can”t wait to eat my chobani every morning!I think my new favorite flavor is “cherry” ( but it’s running neck and neck with mango)
Over the years, I’ve tried many yogurts, but Chobani is my top choice (it’s as creamy as sour cream!!) Although I love the honey flavor, it’s got more calories than I want, so I keep the largest size plain Chobani on hand. For breakfast, I top a few tablespoons with a mix of fresh berries and grapes add Bob’s Red Mill muesli (the lowest brand in cals) and dive in. Delicious and filling, and no guilt.
I am a Vanilla yogurt gal, and always have been. But I have never met a new flavor of yogurt that I didn’t want to try either.

Plain! I love to mix in bran cereals and splenda/cinnamon!
Gotta say hands down – strawberry. I eat this plain, or add it to the blendor to make a smoothie with some additional fruit such as mango or peaches. Having the fruit in there just adds to the sweetness as well. Thanks for the contest.
Plain is the one for me!! I add my own fresh fruit and it is the best, both nutritionally and tastefully.

My favorite is vanilla. Every day I have it with fruit, either fresh, frozen, or home canned. For special events I buy the plain for making dips for vegetables and chips.
I am expecting twins this summer, and Ciaobani has been getting me through my pregnancy! I have very high protein needs because of the twins and Greek yogurt contains twice as much protein as regular yogurt. Chobani has the best flavors. I eat at least one every day. I stock up on MANGO when I find it!

Hi – really enjoy Chobani and am hooked on it for lunch. They’re all really good, but Pomegranate is my favorite with actual seeds in the yogurt. I hope that some of the 2% flavors will come out in 0% – the fat-free has a great texture and flavor so I much prefer that over the 2%.
The plain would have to be my favorite. We use it all the time in place of sour cream, and just sweeten it with honey and fruit for breakfast.

My favorite is the vanilla. The slightly tangy flavor makes it my go-to ingredient in recipes that use sour cream. I love the way it makes the end result lighter in cakes yet is so thick and creamy when eaten straoght from the container.

I just discovered Chobani Yogurt! It is so satisfying as a lunch or a snack. I just love Vanilla yogurt and it’s my favorite. It’s easy to mix fruit, nuts or granola in it and make it even more satisfying.

I like plain yogurt, then add fruit and Grapenuts or granola. I also like to eat yogurt with roasted potatoes and pita, or instead of mayonnaise on a roasted veggie sandwich.

So hard to choose! I love them all, but I am a big fan of Chobani’s Pineapple.
Plain, it’s so versatile! It works made into a dip, blended into a smoothie, and delicious in a parfait.
Plain is good because we can then flavor it with some jelly/preserves or anything that appeals to us at the time( especially if you have homemade jam).

I love the plain yogurt, which can be used for so many dishes. My favorite is to cover any white fish fillet with yogurt, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, lemon zest and melted butter, and bake.

Like you, I tend to like the plain yogurt because I don’t like all the added sugars found in the flavored varieties. I usually add my own puree’d fruit if I want added sweetness. I like bluberries best.

While peach is generally my favorite yogurt flavor, I usually buy plain yogurt. This way, I can control the sugar content and if I want it flavored, I can just add the crushed fruit myself.
