Hi Jamie. thanks for the great recipe, it came out amazing but i had to put it in an aluminum foil container cuz the first time around as i was pouring in the potato into the hot Pyrex it exploded all over my kitchen and kids!! Bh no one got hurt, but the clean up was definitely not fun..Shabbat shalom!!
