If you read my Mother’s Day post, you know that my mom is the Salad Queen. While I don’t have quite her verve with salads, I do love them. Salads are quick, easy to make and they can be as bold or subtle in flavor as you like. Best of all, by adding protein, what starts as a first course can easily serve as a meal.
