Think your house is dirty? Check out your car; now may be the time for a professional car detailing.

If you’ve been following this blog for the past two weeks, you know we are Counting Down to Passover 2010 with Professional Organizer and pesach diva, Rivka Slatkin. If, on the other hand, you are just checking in for the first time, it’s not too late to catch up. Here are the tips for week 1 and week 2.

Rivka’s first tip of this week is a biggie …

Tip #13: Clean your cars. I personally like to have the cars professionally detailed at least once a year and now is the perfect time.

Now for a recipe.

Recipe #13: London Broil

This is a great mid-week Passover main course. Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad for a quick, satisfying meal everyone will love.

Please come back tomorrow for another Passover planning tip and a new recipe.

As “The Bride Who Knew Nothing” Jamie found her niche as everybody’s favorite cook next-door. Specializing in scrumptious meals that are a snap to prepare, she authored the Quick & Kosher Cookbook series and is co- founder of the Kosher Media Network, which recently launched the Joy of Kosher with Jamie Geller magazine and companion website JoyofKosher.com, a social network for foodies. Jamie hosts the popular Quick & Kosher cooking show online at youtube.com/joyofkosher and on-air on JLTV. Jamie and her “hubby” live in Israel. Their five children give her plenty of reasons to get out of the kitchen — fast.
