Passover’s almost here and it is time to put the last minute touches on your prep.

If you’ve been following along with our 4 weeks of tips on preparing for Passover by Professional Organizer Rivka Slatkin, you’re probably all set. But just in case there is something left to do, here’s Rivka’s tip:

Tip #23: Save final changeovers for Saturday night after shabbat and Sunday. Consider going out to dinner on Sunday night.

Now, for my recipe, I’m thinking of a delish dairy treat that you can totally prepare ahead of time:

Recipe #23: Berry Brulée

If making these in advance, hold off on finishing them until just before serving.

Please come back on Saturday night for our final tip and recipe.

Jamie Geller is the only cookbook author who wants to get you out of the kitchen – not because she doesn’t love food – but because she has tons to do. As “The Bride Who Knew Nothing” Jamie found her niche as everybody’s favorite cook next-door. Specializing in scrumptious meals that are a snap to prepare, she authored the Quick & Kosher Cookbook series and is co- founder of the Kosher Media Network, which recently launched the Joy of Kosher with Jamie Geller magazine and companion website JoyofKosher.com, a social network for foodies. Jamie hosts the popular Quick & Kosher cooking show online at youtube.com/joyofkosher and on-air on JLTV. Jamie and her “hubby” live in Israel. Their five children give her plenty of reasons to get out of the kitchen — fast.
